Founded in 2008 by Andrew Armes, a multi-award winning Architect, Urban Designer and Client Design Advisor with over 40 years experience in the UK and USA.
We specialise in Education, Housing, Community projects and Engagement and have an inclusive and collaborative approach to everything we do.
We are organized in a such a way to respond to projects of all scales.
Our core team is small so can be targeted at providing effective solutions to smaller projects such as single family housing, extensions to schools and community buildings and refurbishment. However we have a wide range of networks and work collaboratively with other practices to undertake larger projects.
As a design practice we value the quality of design highly but we know that design is not and end in itself .
For us design is about creating memorable spaces and places made more memorable by the way people engage with them.
